ClinicInsightOS understands the sensitive nature of healthcare data. Where our platform processes Protected Health Information (PHI) on your behalf, we will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required under HIPAA.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and any other applicable state or federal laws governing the privacy and security of patient information.
⚠️ Do not submit patient Protected Health Information (PHI) through our website contact form or demo request form. PHI should only be transmitted through our secure platform under an executed BAA.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through our Services. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClinicInsightOS, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
