Voice AI Opt-In: You may opt in to receive AI-assisted and prerecorded voice calls by checking the voice consent box on our contact form or during registration.
To Cancel SMS Services: Text "STOP" to our number at any time. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages or calls. Message and call delivery is subject to network availability and other factors outside our control.

ClinicInsightOS understands the sensitive nature of healthcare data. Where our platform processes Protected Health Information (PHI) on your behalf, we will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required under HIPAA.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and any other applicable state or federal laws governing the privacy and security of patient information.
⚠️ Do not submit patient Protected Health Information (PHI) through our website contact form, SMS messages, or demo request form. PHI should only be transmitted through our secure platform under an executed BAA.
Certain features of our Services may require payment. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party and to use such information solely for the purposes contemplated under these Terms. This obligation survives termination of your use of our Services.
If you have entered into a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement with ClinicInsightOS, the terms of that agreement shall govern where they conflict with these Terms.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CLINICINSIGHTOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through our Services. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClinicInsightOS, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClinicInsightOS, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS messaging and voice calling programs at any time without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware for clients in the USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
For clients in Europe, these Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
